Conjugaison
Ambiant & Experimental
EP composed with a synthesiser mainly made of Verbos Electronic modules. This configuration inspires me the “verb” (Verbos in Spanish). The verb designates the set of words that express the action or state of the subject. Each module then becomes a syllable, a word, a vocable, developing a language. It becomes a verb that can be varied, declined, conjugated. Each track of the EP is a personal pronoun activating this language and expressing the action or state of its subject.
Fading down
Or the story of an unearth, the blind enthusiasm it can provoke and the bad consequences it can lead to.

Discovering lines
Modular404 – Techno
This track was recorded in a single live take. Only a few edits and rhythmic arrangements were made to enhance the sound.
“Line is the path of a point moving through space. A line may move up, down, left or right. it may climb, fall, twist, float or dance. it may swell, taper, divide or multiply. Line is a record of actions. Our eyes [ ears ] may move with a line as it is formed or they may move along existing lines. Line is everywhere.” Discovering line

Silicon Vallée project
Valentin Rocher co-founded Silicon Vallée with Fausto in 2013. After several years of live performances, polishing their sound in the belgian club scene, they finally took their club-tested/audience-approuved jams in studio, with an extended version of their live set up, using mainly modular synths and the trusty mpc2000xl. For their first release together, “Seqs EP” on Activities Records, they confirm their talent as producers and deliver four pieces of pure techno tinted with a fine electro mood. On Computing Machinery Vol.1/Activities Records, they released a powerful Acid track, accompanied by 3 locked groove loops
